# Edit notification templates and review delivery status

> Preview Danish and English email or SMS content, send tests, and interpret delivery outcomes.

Edit templates when the default wording does not match your customer communication. Always preview and test both languages you use before publishing a change.

## Email templates

Email supports:

* Danish and English content
* Subject and preview text
* Markdown mode using Sweeply's layout, logo, footer, and button styling
* Advanced HTML and Liquid mode for a complete custom document
* Variables and task-table snippets

Switching editor mode replaces the current locale draft with the default source for the selected mode. Review the confirmation carefully.

## SMS templates

SMS supports Danish and English plain-text content and variables. The editor shows the rendered character count, encoding, and number of billable SMS segments.

## Delivery state versus schedule protection

Delivery records show whether each email or SMS is sending, sent, failed, or otherwise needs attention. For before-delivery messages, this outcome does not by itself decide whether the schedule remains protected.

<Note>
  When invoice email is managed by the accounting provider, edit its content in that provider. Sweeply still controls whether the provider delivery is requested.
