# Prepare for live operations

> Use this checklist before moving active customer work into Sweeply.

Complete one end-to-end test visit before relying on Sweeply for live planning, notifications, invoices, or payments.

## Company and access

* Company contact, billing, address, language, VAT, and time-zone settings are correct.
* Each office user has the right role and permissions.
* Every field team member who should receive work is active in planning.

## Planning data

* Default working hours match your ordinary week.
* Time off and custom hours are recorded as availability exceptions.
* Each planning team member has a usable route start location.
* Team members are assigned to every service they may perform.
* Property addresses resolve to the correct planning location.
* Equipment and qualification requirements are assigned to eligible team members.

## Customer work

* Customer contact details and preferred language are correct.
* Each service property has the correct address, access notes, and requirements.
* Service names, customer-presence defaults, durations, and prices have been reviewed.
* Subscription cycles and start weeks match the agreements with your customers.

## Communication

* Global email and SMS channels are configured as intended.
* Before-delivery lead days and time wording match the promises you make to customers.
* Customer-specific overrides have been reviewed.
* Email and SMS templates have been previewed in Danish and English where used.

## Accounting and payments

* The correct accounting provider and company are connected.
* The provider reports that invoicing is ready.
* The default invoicing preference matches your normal workflow.
* Cash-payment mappings are configured if you use **Send invoice as paid (cash)**.
* Stripe payment registration and payout mappings are configured before online payments are enabled.

## Run an end-to-end test

    Use a real service, duration, planning address, and target week. Use a safe internal contact if a notification could be sent.

    Run Planning and confirm the assigned team member, time, route order, and travel estimates.

  <Step title="Review the customer promise">
    Confirm what a before-delivery message would tell the customer and how that promise protects the schedule.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete the order">
    Review the selected invoicing preference and the customer notifications that completion may trigger.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Verify the downstream result">
    Check the order activity, invoice state, accounting record, payment option, and message delivery status.
