# What Sweeply does

> Understand the operating workflow from customer setup to planning, completion, invoicing, and payment.

Sweeply is an operations workspace for companies that deliver services at customer properties. It connects recurring customer work with route planning, daily execution, communication, accounting, and online payments.

## The operating workflow

Customer and property
  → Order or subscription
  → Weekly planning
  → Daily execution
  → Completion
  → Customer notification, invoice, and payment
```
### Customers and properties
A customer is the person or company receiving the service. A property is the location where the work happens. One customer can have multiple properties, and every order or subscription belongs to one property.
### Services, orders, and subscriptions
A service describes work your team can perform. An **order** is one concrete visit. A **subscription** is a recurring agreement that creates future orders according to its cycle.
### Planning and daily work
Planning assigns eligible orders to team members, dates, times, and route positions. Daily Program is the execution view where your team starts and completes visits and sends order comments back to the office.
### Communication, invoicing, and payment
Sweeply can send customer messages before and after a visit. When you complete an order, its invoicing preference determines whether Sweeply creates no invoice, a draft, an unpaid invoice, or an invoice registered as paid by cash. Stripe can collect online payments after accounting is ready.
<Note>
  Sweeply keeps scheduling, work, invoicing, and payment states separate. For example, an order can be scheduled but unpaid, or completed while its invoice still needs attention.
