# Insights

> Review suggestions for subscription visit times and visit weeks before applying changes.

Use **Insights** to review changes to recurring work. Choose **Visit durations** to adjust the time allowed from recorded visits, or **Visit weeks** to find weeks with nearby work. Reviewing suggestions does not change your subscriptions.

Open **Insights** in the main navigation, or under **More** on mobile. The available views and actions depend on your permissions.

Applied changes appear in the change history with who made the change and the before-and-after values. Follow progress and individual results through [bulk actions](/getting-started/track-bulk-actions).
