# Use the operational dashboard

> Review your day, the current planning week, and unread operational issues from the Dashboard.

**Dashboard** shows the operational information you can act on now. Its cards follow your permissions, so two team members may see different sections.

## What you can see

| Card | What it shows | Required access |
| ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | --------------- |
| **Your day** | Your current and next visits, completed visits, remaining service time, and planned travel | Read orders |
| **Planning this week** | Planned and unplanned visits, capacity use, travel, and planning issues | Read Planning |
| **Attention** | Unread customer handoffs and operational issues | Read Inbox |

The primary action opens your Daily Program when you have visits today. Otherwise it may offer to create an order or open Planning when your permissions allow it.
