# Configure property visit requirements

> Match property equipment and qualification requirements with team-member capabilities.

Use visit requirements for equipment or qualifications that apply whenever your team visits a property. Planning assigns the visit only to a member who satisfies every current requirement.

## Configure a requirement

    Open the customer and edit the relevant property.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add visit requirements">
    Enter the equipment or qualification requirements that apply at this location.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Assign member capabilities">
    Open **Settings** > **Members** and assign matching capabilities to every eligible team member.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review Planning">
    Replan affected future weeks and resolve any visit that no longer has an eligible member.
  </Step>

<Note>
  Requirements remain live on the property; orders and subscriptions do not keep a separate historical requirement copy. Future movable visits are reconsidered using the current property and member setup.

  Do not use requirements as informal labels. A requirement is a hard automatic-planning constraint and can leave work unplanned.
