Planning needs a usable location for every movable order. Keep each property’s address and map location accurate before you plan its work.
1

Open the customer

Select Customers, open the customer, and find Properties.
2

Create or edit the property

Enter a recognizable property name when useful, then enter the address, city, and postal code.
3

Choose a valid address suggestion

Select the correct address so Sweeply can store the planning coordinates. Verify apartment, floor, and door details carefully.
4

Add location-specific information

Add access notes, reference images, and equipment or qualification requirements that apply at this location.
5

Save and review future work

Confirm that new orders and subscriptions use the intended property. If you changed planning information for existing future work, review the affected planning week.

Why coordinates matter

Automatic planning uses coordinates to calculate travel and build routes. An order with a missing or unusable planning location remains unplanned and appears as a planning issue.

Apartment addresses

When several movable apartment visits share a confidently recognized Danish access address, Planning may keep them together as one building sweep and schedule them from the highest floor downward. Accurate floor and door information helps Sweeply recognize the building safely.
Do not choose an approximate address simply to remove a planning warning. Incorrect coordinates can produce a plausible but operationally wrong route.
