Automatic planning assigns a visit only when one active planning team member can perform every service on the order. Skills cannot be split between several people for one visit.
1

Open the team member

Go to Settings > Members and edit the person who will perform field work.
2

Enable planning participation

Confirm that the member is active in scheduling. A user may have Sweeply access without being available for route planning.
3

Assign services

Select every service this member can perform safely and independently.
4

Review property capabilities

Assign any equipment or qualification capabilities the member has. These are evaluated together with service eligibility.
5

Review affected planning weeks

Run Planning again when a future week needs a new accepted plan after eligibility changes.

Example

An order contains exterior cleaning and interior cleaning. One member can do only exterior work and another only interior work. Neither is eligible because one member must satisfy the complete visit.
Use the planning issue action Assign the service task to one or more members to open the relevant setup when work has no eligible member.
Manual route editing can override missing service or capability eligibility, but Sweeply shows the missing requirements and requires an operator reason. Use this only as an informed exception.
