Pause
Pausing stops ordinary future generation and removes ordinary future generated orders. Protected customer or operational history is kept:- Locked, notified, and manually linked future orders are cancelled rather than silently deleted.
- Started, completed, invoiced, and payment-bearing orders remain for review.
- Customers are not notified automatically.
Resume
Resuming makes the subscription active again and recreates eligible future demand according to the current cycle and task cadence. Review the next orders and Planning after resuming.Cancel
Cancellation applies the same protection rules to existing orders but permanently ends the subscription. You cannot resume a cancelled subscription.1
Open the subscription
Review upcoming and past orders before changing its status.

Choose the status action
Select Pause, Resume, or Cancel subscription.

Review the order impact
Pay special attention to locked, notified, started, completed, invoiced, paid, and manually linked orders.

Confirm the action
After saving, review the remaining orders and affected planning weeks.

Communicate with the customer
Send any required customer message separately; the status action does not automatically explain the change to the customer.
