Use a subscription when work should repeat automatically. Use an order when you need only one visit.
1

Choose the customer and property

Open Subscriptions, select Create subscription, and choose the property where the recurring work takes place.
2

Set the base order cycle

Select an interval from 1 to 52 weeks and choose the Cycle start week. This anchors the recurring sequence.
3

Add subscription tasks

Add every service included in the agreement. Review its description, quantity, unit price, duration, and customer-presence value.
4

Choose each task's cadence

Set a task to run every cycle, every second or later cycle, or On request. Select a task first week when it begins on a different phase of the base cycle.
5

Add scheduling requirements

Enter required weekdays, time, or preferred member only when the recurring agreement requires them.
6

Add notes and tags

Put instructions that apply to the recurring agreement in subscription notes. Use property notes for location-specific access information.
7

Review confirmation and create

Choose whether to send the available subscription confirmation, then save the subscription and review its upcoming orders.
Confirm that the subscription is Active, every task has the intended cadence, and the next generated orders fall in the expected target weeks.
