Follow the order below and finish with one test visit before you move real customers in. That way you find what is missing while nothing has been sent to a customer.

The setup, in order

The first time you log in, Get started with Sweeply takes you through the first three points.
  1. Company. Check the name, CVR number, and address. Routes start from the company address by default.
  2. Availability. Enter your normal working hours. See Working hours and time off.
  3. Team. Turn on Plan work for me if you take visits yourself, and add your colleagues. See Invite team members and manage access.
  4. Services. Create the work you sell. See Services.
  5. Team members. Give each team member the services they can perform and a start address. Without those they get no visits. See Get a team member ready for visits.
  6. Notifications. Choose which messages customers should get before real visits are in the plan. See Automatic messages to the customer.
  7. Accounting. Connect Dinero, e-conomic, or Billy before you complete orders that should be invoiced. See How invoicing works.
  8. Customers. Create them yourself or import them. See Move your customers and subscriptions to Sweeply.

Run one test visit

Use a test customer with your own email and phone number, so you receive the messages yourself.
1

Create the test customer

Select Customers > Create Customer, and use a real address.
2

Create an order

Select Orders > Create Order. Add a service with a price and a time, and choose this week as the Target week.
3

Plan the week

Open Planning and select Plan week. Check that the visit has a team member, a day, and a time.
4

Carry out the visit

Open Daily Program on the day of the visit. Select Start task and then Complete task.
5

Check the result

Open the order and check under Invoice and payment that the invoice was created. Check that you received the messages you expected.
Never use a real customer’s contact details for testing. Messages and invoices are sent.
Was the visit not planned? See Why is a visit unplanned or locked? When the test works, you can create your first subscription.
