Saving an active subscription reconciles its future generated orders. Ordinary future work follows the new agreement, while customer promises and financial or completed history remain protected.

What Sweeply normally updates

For ordinary future generated orders, Sweeply can update:
  • Property
  • Recurring task lines, prices, durations, and customer-presence values
  • Subscription notes
  • Day, time, and preferred-member requirements
  • Target weeks created by the revised cadence
A scheduled but unnotified order may keep its current schedule while its recurring content changes. Planning reviews the affected week when scheduling inputs change.

What remains protected

Sweeply preserves orders that are:
  • Covered by a current before-delivery customer notification
  • Started or completed
  • Invoiced or payment-bearing
A notified order keeps the content and schedule that formed the customer promise.

Change the subscription

Open the subscription

Review its current property, tasks, base cycle, start week, requirements, notes, and generated orders.

Make the recurring change

Update only the parts of the agreement that should apply to future visits.

Review the future-order warning

Confirm that ordinary future generated orders may be updated, removed, or replaced and that notified work remains unchanged.

Save and review generated orders

Compare upcoming orders with the revised cadence and inspect any protected visit separately.

Review Planning

Replan affected weeks when they need an accepted plan, and contact customers deliberately if an operator later changes a protected promise.
Manually created orders and manually linked subscription orders are not managed in exactly the same way as ordinary generated occurrences. Review them separately after a substantial subscription change.
