Dinero becomes invoice-ready after you connect, select the correct company, and choose the account used for issued invoice posting.

Required and optional fields

The clearing and payout accounts must be different. Dinero does not require a separate payout journal in Sweeply.

Connect and configure Dinero

1

Open Dinero settings

Go to Settings > Customer billing, choose Dinero, and select Connect with Dinero.
2

Authorize Sweeply

Sign in to Dinero and approve the requested access. Return to Sweeply after authorization.
3

Select the company

Choose the Dinero company this Sweeply company should use and select Use this company.
4

Choose the sales account

Select Posting of sent invoices. This is required before invoicing can become ready.
5

Configure optional cash payments

Select a visible Dinero deposit account if you register cash payments.
6

Save and configure the webhook

Save the bookkeeping setup, then use Create webhook. A webhook problem does not disconnect Dinero; nightly reconciliation remains the fallback.
7

Configure Stripe separately when used

Open Stripe Connect to select the clearing and payout accounts and enable payout posting.
Customer billing should show Ready for invoicing. Cash, Stripe payment, and payout readiness appear only after their additional accounts are configured.
If Dinero access expires or is revoked, reconnect the integration. Changing account mappings does not restore provider access.
