Automatic planning assigns active, movable orders within one selected week. It optimizes routes only after applying your hard operational and customer requirements.
What Planning evaluates
For each customer visit, Sweeply considers:
- Target week or existing scheduled week
- Property location and coordinates
- Total task duration
- Required services
- Property equipment and qualification requirements
- Required weekdays, time window, and preferred member
- Whether the customer must be present
- Existing fixed visits and protected customer promises
For each team member, Sweeply considers:
- Active planning participation
- Weekly working hours and date exceptions
- Route start coordinates
- Transport mode
- Services and visit capabilities
- Planning priority and workload balance
What Planning can move
Ordinary active orders that have not started or completed can be assigned or reassigned when their dates and routes are available to automatic planning.
Planning does not automatically move:
- Past visits
- Started or completed visits
- Hard exact-time visits that already match their required member and interval
- Visits on protected calendar dates
- Visits covered by a current customer notification promise
- Routes owned by a manual route edit
One order stays one visit
An order with several tasks is planned as one customer visit. Planning sums the task durations and requires one member who can perform every task and satisfy every property requirement.
Apartment building sweeps
When movable apartment orders share a confidently recognized Danish access address, Sweeply may plan them as one atomic building sweep. They are assigned to one member and date and written from the highest floor downward without unrelated visits between them. If the full group cannot fit, it remains unplanned together; ambiguous addresses are planned as ordinary individual visits.
Fewer hard requirements give Planning more valid routes. Enter a required day, time, or member only when the customer agreement truly requires it.
