Before you begin
Create the customer, property, and services first. If you want to prefill a visit from recurring work, open the subscription and select Create order.1
Choose the customer and property
Open Orders, select Create order, and choose the service property. If the customer does not exist, create the customer and continue to the order.
2
Add order tasks
Select at least one service. Review the description, quantity, unit price, estimated duration, and customer-presence setting for every task.
3
Select the target week
Choose the week in which the visit should be planned. Until a schedule exists, this week determines where the order appears in Planning.
4
Add scheduling requirements
Add required weekdays, a time window or exact start, and a preferred team member only when they are firm customer requirements.
5
Review invoicing
Keep Use customer setting unless this order should use a different invoice outcome when completed.
6
Add optional context
Add one-visit notes and tags. Keep recurring instructions on the subscription and location-specific instructions on the property.
7
Review communication and save
Choose whether to send the available confirmation message, then create the order.
A new order is ready for Planning when it is active, has a target week, contains at least one task with a usable duration, and its property has a valid planning location.
