Dashboard shows what you can act on now. Reports shows how things have gone and what is coming.

Dashboard

Dashboard is the first page you see. It has three parts:
  • Today’s overview: your own visits today, the next visit, and the rest of the day. Only shown if you are active in the route planner yourself.
  • This week’s plan: scheduled visits, visits without a time, and scheduling issues this week.
  • Needs your attention: new items in the inbox.
What you see depends on your permissions. Two colleagues can therefore see different parts.

Reports

Reports has three views. Choose the one that matches your question. Choose the period with Last 30 days, This quarter, This year, or Choose dates, and choose team members if you only want to see some of them.

Read the numbers correctly

  • Value of completed work is the price of the visits completed in the period. It is not the same as revenue in your accounts.
  • Expected value from subscriptions is calculated from the rhythm of the active subscriptions. It is an expectation, not something that is planned or invoiced.
  • Total outstanding comes from the accounting system and covers the whole company, whichever team members you have chosen.
  • A visit carried out by a team counts once, even if you choose several of the team’s members.
