Daily Program is the execution view for scheduled work. Use Planning to build routes; use Daily Program to carry them out.

Review the day

Choose the date and team member. Each visit shows the customer, address, time, tasks, duration, notes, route context, and available actions. When a before-delivery message promised a specific time or arrival window, Daily Program shows what the customer expects. Date-only reminders are not shown as an arrival-time promise.

Work through a visit

1

Open the visit

Review customer contact details, property access information, images, annotations, tasks, notes, and customer-presence expectations.
2

Navigate to the property

Use Navigate to open directions to the service address.
3

Start the visit

Select Start task when work begins. You can clear an accidental start while the visit remains unfinished.
4

Send an office update when needed

Add an order comment to create a field-to-office handoff. The comment is stored on the order and an unread item is sent to the shared Inbox.
5

Complete the visit

Confirm the work and review the notification and invoicing consequences before selecting Complete task.
Daily Program shows scheduled work. If a visit is missing, check its target week and schedule in Planning rather than creating a duplicate order.

Complete an order

Review financial and communication outcomes before completion.

Use Inbox and comments

Understand office handoffs and order history.
