- Create the customer and service property.
- Add the services included in the agreement.
- Decide the base order cycle and its start week.
- Know whether any service runs less often or only on request.

Start a new subscription
Open Subscriptions and select Create subscription. Choose the customer and property.

Set the order cycle
Choose how many weeks pass between the subscription’s base orders and select the Cycle start week.

Add subscription tasks
Add each service with its quantity, price, estimated duration, customer-presence requirement, and task frequency.A task can run every cycle, every second or later cycle, or On request. You can also select a different first week for a task while keeping it aligned to the subscription cycle.

Add scheduling requirements
Set required days, time, or preferred team member only when they are part of the customer agreement. Planning treats them as hard requirements.

Review the confirmation
Choose whether to send the available subscription confirmation, then create the subscription.

Review generated orders
Open the subscription and confirm its upcoming orders. Each generated order has its own target week and later receives its own schedule and work state.
The subscription is ready when its status is Active, its task cadence is correct, and expected future orders appear under the subscription.
