Run an end-to-end test
1
Create a test customer and order
Use a real service, duration, planning address, and target week. Use a safe internal contact if a notification could be sent.
2
Plan the order
Run Planning and confirm the assigned team member, time, route order, and travel estimates.
3
Review the customer promise
Confirm what a before-delivery message would tell the customer and how that promise protects the schedule.
4
Complete the order
Review the selected invoicing preference and the customer notifications that completion may trigger.
5
Verify the downstream result
Check the order activity, invoice state, accounting record, payment option, and message delivery status.
