Bulk actions continue in the background when you navigate elsewhere. Use Actions to return to their progress and review the outcome for every selected record. Bulk progress is used for supported operations such as price adjustments, tag changes, invoice refreshes, invoice reminders, team-member removal, and visit notifications.

Understand the outcomes

  • Succeeded means the requested change completed.
  • Queued means follow-up work was accepted and may still be running.
  • Skipped means the record was no longer eligible or did not need the action.
  • Failed means the record could not be processed.
  • Unknown means Sweeply cannot confirm the result; inspect the record before retrying.
  • Not attempted means processing stopped before reaching the record.
1

Choose the records

Select individual rows or all matching records when the list supports filter-wide selection.
2

Start the action

Review the preview and confirm. You can close the progress view and continue working elsewhere.
3

Open Actions

Return to Actions from the persistent progress control to review running and completed work.
4

Review unresolved records

Check failed, unknown, skipped, and not-attempted results individually. Successful and queued records are removed from the remaining selection where supported.
5

Retry only when safe

Refresh the source list and retry the unresolved records only after checking whether an unknown action already took effect.
Never retry an Unknown result blindly. The change may have completed even though its final status could not be loaded.
