Understand order states - Sweeply Hjælpecenter

An order does not move through one single status. Scheduling, work, protection, invoicing, and payment change independently so Sweeply can show the real operational situation.

Operational state

Display state	Meaning
Unscheduled	The active order has no assigned team member and time. It still belongs to a target week.
Scheduled	The order has an assigned team member, start, and end.
Locked	The scheduled, not-started order is protected from automatic movement by the before-delivery window or a current customer notification.
In progress	The visit has been started but not completed.
Completed	The visit has a completion time and can no longer be edited as ordinary open work.
Cancelled	The order is inactive and no longer participates in planning or daily execution.

Cancellation takes precedence, followed by completed or in-progress work, then the schedule state.

Notification state

Not notified means no current before-delivery promise exists for this schedule.
Notified means a before-delivery notification snapshot matches the current schedule.
Notification out of date means the communicated schedule no longer matches the order.

Delivery status—sending, sent, partially sent, or failed—is separate from schedule protection.

Invoice and payment state

An order may also show whether an invoice is missing, pending, ready, failed, or synchronized, and whether payment is unpaid, pending, paid, partly refunded, or refunded. These states do not determine whether the physical work is scheduled or completed.

Locked is a calculated display state, not a permanent flag. An authorized operator can move protected work after confirming the impact and recording a reason.
