Publish your company’s customer terms from Settings > Organization. Saved terms are immediately available on a public customer-portal page and linked from the portal and customer emails. You need Read organization to view the settings and Update organization to change or remove the terms.

Prepare the content

Sweeply can insert a general Danish starter template. It is guidance, not legal advice, and may mark missing company details with [Fill in]. Review the content for your business before publishing it. The editor accepts Markdown. Template variables and raw HTML are not supported.

Publish the terms

1

Open Organization settings

Select Settings > Organization, then find Terms and conditions.
2

Add reviewed content

Write or paste your terms, or insert the Danish starter and replace every placeholder.
3

Save the terms

Saving publishes the page immediately. Use View public page to inspect the rendered result.
4

Verify customer access

Confirm that the customer portal and a customer email link to the published page.
Order- and subscription-confirmation emails introduce the link as terms for that agreement. Other customer emails show the terms link in the email footer.
Saving an empty value removes the public page and its links. Existing customer agreements and previously sent emails are not rewritten.
